Welcome to my amazing new blog for my Health 100 class for Summer 2012. My name is Jamie McAllister and this is my second, and final, year at Palomar Community College. After this class I will have have my AA Degree finished. I will be transferring to the University of Denver, Colorado this Fall Quarter and will be working towards my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Physical Geography. I hope to also minor in Meteorology. My interests are snowboarding, traveling, hiking, dancing, and just enjoying the outdoors. I look forward to this class because health is very important to me and the lifestyle I choose to live. I hope this class goes well! Thanks for reading! :)

    Congrats on the AA and going to University of Denver! Those are both great accomplishments! I think this class will go well, there is so much important info to know when it comes to our health! The teacher seems cool and that's a pretty good indicator.

    Sweet snowboarding and hiking are really fun. Look forward to seeing up on the news as the weathergirl. giving blood the other was pretty fun!
